1. Non-Refundable Membership Charges

All membership fees paid to Ibproptech are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription types, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships. Once a payment has been processed, it is considered final and non-reversible, and no refunds, partial or full, will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to non-usage or account cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable Service Fees and Additional Purchases

Fees for services and additional purchases, including but not limited to one-time consultations, digital products, and services outside the scope of the standard membership, are non-refundable. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment is completed.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time by accessing their account settings. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future recurring charges; however, no refund or proration will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing cycle or for the initial membership fee.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute concerning any charge, subscribers are encouraged to contact Ibproptech customer support team prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. If a chargeback is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Ibproptech, the subscriber’s account may be subject to suspension or termination at the sole discretion of Ibproptech.

All payments made to Ibproptech are processed through Stripe, and as such, are governed by Stripe’s rules and regulations. By using Ibproptech services, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service. Any disputes or issues regarding payment processing shall be addressed in accordance with Stripe’s policies and procedures.

6. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Ibproptech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Ibproptech website. Continued use of Ibproptech services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
