Is there a setup fee, trial, or long-term contract?
There is no setup fee or trial. Membership is $49.99 USD per month, renews automatically, and can be cancelled anytime.
Do you take a percentage of my commission?
No. You pay the membership fee and the fixed price of any leads you choose. There is no closing commission fee.
Is this built on HighLevel?

Are calling and texting unlimited?

When a recording is available, you can review it with the opportunity before buying. Not every lead has a recording. The lead record shows what is available.
What is the difference between a lead and an appointment?
With a lead, you make the first contact. With an appointment, the prospect has agreed to a scheduled conversation. Neither guarantees a transaction.
Are leads exclusive?
Exclusive buyer leads, exclusive seller leads, and appointments are reserved for one agent once claimed. Mixed leads may be shared. Review the distribution details inside the platform before buying.
How do replacements work?
Submit a review request in the platform within 48 hours of delivery, with your contact attempts and notes. Our team reviews the issue and issues an approved replacement credit within one business day. Unanswered calls alone do not qualify.
What if an appointment is missed?
Use the rescheduling option or ask our team to contact the prospect again. If the prospect is confirmed non-responsive, the appointment replacement credit terms apply.
Are lead numbers or closings guaranteed?
